Jack Loades
Jack brings 8 years of expertise recruiting for international agencies and in-house teams. Most recently, he served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at a mission-driven AI startup, where he hired over 30 senior roles and redesigned the hiring process to attract and retain top talent. Known as the “Jack of All Trades,” he didn’t just recruit—he also supported business development and led product management initiatives.

Rachel Gass
Rachel has spent over a decade in sales and marketing, managing complex, full-cycle deals from cold call to close. As an Account Manager at a mission-driven AI startup, she was a trusted advisor to the founders and SLT, hiring key leadership and advisory roles. She also helped lead two AI product launches and served as the bridge between cutting-edge AI research and real-world market needs.
